Given that his new constituency of Liverpool West Derby would most likely elect the proverbial donkey if it wore a Labour rosette, it seems Stephen Twigg will be back tackling those issues in the Commons, if not in government, after the next election.

    —how offensive can you be!

The people of Glasgow East where thought of in the same way but voted Labour out. People are not sheep, they can think for themeless.

“Regarded as one of the brightest new MPs ….”

Clearly not by everyeon though ….

“…. disaster struck when he lost his seat ….”

  4. he was a dolly boy who never achieved anything when in the house, but has managed to winkle himself a nice berth.

It is worrying that we have entire swathes of MPs who have never worked in the real world but are now running major govt departments (uni -> researcher -> policy twonk -> policy adviser -> MP -> minister -> Sec of State).

The only time the meet the “little” people is at their constituency events!!
