My understanding is that one of primary purposes of education is to impart factual information. I fail to see how the discussion or exploration of factual information on the workings of the human body is confusing or fear inducing. I would have thought that this would dispel confusion and fear. I do not see anything wrong in explaining, in an age appropriate way, the workings of the human body and correct terms for body parts. What exactly is the problem here? What century are we living in?
