Seems strange that no-one has sued Matthias Rath for pushing his (presumably) unscientifically tested drugs on HIV sufferers. If the movie “The Third Man” is anything to go by, killing people and encouraging the spread of disease with dodgy medicine is a far bigger crime than the potential libel of calling such people quacks.
