  1. What are the figures for the number of marriages between December 2005 and December 2007 and the number of those marraiges that have ended in divorce. Without these comparison figures this article is meaningless, except as evidence that 1% of civil unions end in dissolution in a short space of time.

    1% in 2 years.
    50% in 5 years?
