Its obvious that the governor realizes that California is not going to be the only state that stands to gain from the thousands of out of state couples going there to marry thereby contributing to the state’s coffers, sorely needed. You can bet New Jersey and New York are watching very closely as their states mull full marriage equality and the revenues that are inherent should it be legislated.
