It’s all well and good putting bollards up in the evening, but the area should be completely pedestrianised, to match that of the Mathew Stret Quarter and Concert Square areas of Liverpool. How else can Liverpool ever be able to develop a daytime gay cafe scene culture with outside seating? This current scheme by Liverpool City Council seems half hearted!!
