Good for John Reaney and for Stonewall for supporting him. Anthony Priddis is a conservative superstitious swine and fully deserves being humiliated and exposed as a bigot. Priddis whined that “The media attention has, in my opinion, made matters worse for myself… and the Church of England as a whole.” I certainly hope so. Recognizing the sociopathic nature of religion the obvious follow up is a campaign to tax and disestablish the anglo catholics, prosecute muslim clerics who call for violence against GLBT folks and prosecute the roman catholics for harboring chid rapists and abetting the spread of AIDS.

I only wish that the settlement awarded, in this instance was more substantial. It is time that the church (and other religions) learnt that Homophobia cannot and shall no longer be tolerated.Financially crippling decisions may be a way forward to make them think twice before they show their true colours and revert to their age old stance of phobia and persecution, especially based on morality and their understandings and views regarding homosexuality.

Bill and Omar, that is one of my dreams, to disestablish the church and if that fails withhold my taxes that support this anachronistic, useless institution. I’m not sure if the Anglican church is taxed, I suspect it isn’t and if not, it should be taxed to the hilt. Hit them the hardest, in their pockets.

Robert if we hit them in the pocketbook they’ll have to get productive jobs to support themselves. That may be a little stressful after all those years of dressing up in god drag and promising pie in the sky. I feel sorry for them, no, really I do.

  5. And what does Mr Reaney do now? It’s a nice little windfall for him!
