The IPCC completely IGNORE aspects of complaints made to them or refer them back to the local police force to be buried and covered up.At least that is what happened in Cornwall.Police:- I would NOT trust them now with anything as valueable as a stain on a piece of used toilet tissue!
Malcolm, I’m not sure Mr Menezes was actually gay. I certainly haven’t heard it mentioned on TV. Also I think you’ll find he lived in Tulse Hill, or close by, and probably had no more experience of Cornwall than enjoying the occasional delicious clotted cream fudge that you all make down there.
