It doesn’t seem very fair that the guy has to cough up because Ms Arnold was shacked up with a woman rather than a man. As I understand it ‘uncle Andy’ would have ceased to be liable for maintenance as soon as the mother begain cohabiting with a man.Smacks of working the system a bit to me.
Quite wrong,there is no doubt he IS legally responsible for the children. Any arrangement they had is unenforceable. I think he was naive and stupid to get involved/father these children. God knows what his wife feels or thinks.,has anyone asked her?
