PinkNews.co.uk to launch LGBT jobs site

Europe’s largest dedicated LGBT news service is to launch a dedicated jobs website at jobs.pinknews.co.uk.

The site, currently in live beta testing will feature jobs from a

variety of sectors including the media, central government, finance

and law.

A number of employers have signed up to the beta version including

Google, Russell Jones and Walker, Wisteria, Stonewall and the Olympics Development Agency.

Zahid Nawaz, the company’s newly appointed Sales Manager said:

“An increasing number of employers are actively implementing diversity policies to meet their recruitment needs and are looking for an efficient way of getting members of the LGBT community to apply for their vacancies.

“PinkNews.co.uk offers a cost-effective means of getting the message

to a wide section of the LGBT community across the country.”

PinkNews.co.uk is the UK’s most visited work safe website with 200,000 unique users a month.

The site won the coveted Publication of the Year award at the 2006 Stonewall Awards.
