The news that the The European Parliament Presidency will intervene to stop the anti-gay decision by the English government to deport Pegah Emambakhsh is welcome by all who want to save our brothers and sisters from murder by gay hating religious states. And if we could just get the European Parliament to take up the question of the hundreds of Irish citizens, many of them children, and Irish resistance fighters murdered by crazed Paisleyites and English soldiers and police in the English occupied colony in Ireland we’d have even more reason to rejoice.

Bill, with respect, that’s not going to garner much support in the EU. If you single out England, it opens a can of worms for other European states that were conquered and subjugated. England alone could lay claim against the French for the slaughter and occupation by the Normans as well as the Vikings (Danes) or to go back even further, the Romans (latter day Italians); the entire European continent and parts of N. Africa could have an issue with the Romans, as for the Spanish in Latin America, well……….., and what about the German occupation of much of Europe? Lets not forget, the republic of Ireland gave shelter to German u-boats during WW2, actually giving support to the Nazi regime, remember Lord Haw Haw? We have to move on, but I understand your anger.Robert, ex-pat Brit.
