This is absolutely ridiculous, the more that circumcision as a preventative measure is talked about the more likely that circumcised men are to have unprotective sex and think they are safe. Regardless of the information, it’s headlines people read and it’s these headlines that are damaging. Quit the research and just get everyone to wear condoms – how stupid to think that a bit of skin can protect anyone!
