  1. 1. Since when is having children the only way to contribute to society? 2. Are infertile and voluntarily childless opposite-sex couples prohibited from receiving tax benefits? 3. This is yet another example of wanton cruelty. The law prevents same-sex couples from doing what they need to to have children (adopting, IVF), then penalizes them because they “can’t” have children.
