Stars Courtney Cox and Jennifer Aniston are to be reunited in the season finale of hit US drama series Dirt.
The show stars Cox as Lucy Spiller, the editor of a sleazy American tabloid newspaper, and has been a big hit for FX networks since its premiere at the start of 2007.
It was announced earlier this month that Cox’s close friend and Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston will feature in the season finale as Tina Harrod, a bitchy rival magazine boss.
Michael Ausiello of TVGuide.com reports, “Aniston’s character is a lesbian.
“What’s more, she won’t just mouth off to Cox’s tightly wound counterpart; she’s going to share a lip lock with her.”
The show already has a recurring gay character, played by Will McCormack, best known as Jason La Penna on The Sopranos.
British actor Ian Hart also stars as a schizophrenic photographer.
