This is fantastic!! I’m really glad for Mexicans. However, I’m wondering if this is available to internationals gays, or to other Mexicans outside this state?
As far as I know, the law approved in Mexico City will be only for Mexico City’s residents. The law approved in Coahuila will involve changing the civil code; this means that it might be available to any mexican who decide to sing up his union down there.I can’t comment on international visitors.
