Lesbian dancers and half naked knitting circles

Illustrated rainbow pride flag on a pink background.

A lesbian dance teacher bringing her sex life issues into the workplace by arguing with her partner in front of her students, a knitting circle where the ladies sew with their trousers off, there is plenty of gay references in BBC Three’s Tittybangbang

The complete first series, of the repulsively funny BBC comedy is now available on DVD.

Written by Jill Parker and Robert Renwick (aka Bob Mortimer), Tittybangbang stars the untamed talent of Debbie Chazen (The Smoking Room) and Lucy Montgomery (Don’t Watch That, Watch This).

Debbie and Lucy bring to life a collection of shockingly bizarre and excruciatingly entertaining characters, including the Italian, attention-seeking cleaning lady, who provocatively drapes herself over every conceivable object in sight (‘Don’t look at me!’).

The collagen addicted, Page Three wannabe Maxine Bendix (‘It’s just a bit of seepage’), whose dream of glamour modelling has led to her to botox binges and humiliating photo shoots.

Proud team captain Paula’s darting efforts never fail to be hampered by her uncontrollable twitch (‘Right there!’), and the balding, frustrated bachelor Don Peacock, is desperate to fulfil his filthy fantasy (‘a little wee-wee?) but hasn’t quite perfected the art of foreplay.

The half naked Harrogate ‘quilting’ Ladies shoving their arses in each others faces, and perverted pathologists shagging their stiff’s ‘stiffy’!

Featuring all six episodes from series one, the DVD also has over an hour of exclusive extras, including audio commentary by Bob Mortimer, hilarious outtakes, behind the scenes footage and exclusive unseen footage – all for just £19.99 (RRP).
