This is excellent news and shows the extent to which the message of accepting and supporting diversity has got to the core of the UK Legal establishment. I have read elsewhere that Mark was fully supported by his senior officers, indeed 50 of his colleagues attended the Grand Final. A real message of hope at a time when we still hear of entrenched bigotry in many sectors of society, even in the laws of other “civilised” countries.
