It has been revealed by the makers of hit cartoon TV show South Park that Saddam Hussein has seen his cartoon movie debut.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone speaking at the Edinburgh International Television Festival, claimed that the former dictator has been shown the film “repeatedly” by the US marines guarding him.

The film South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut depicts Saddam Hussein as gay and having a sexual relationship with the Devil, following his death at the tusks of wild boars.

The film caused outrage on its release condemned for many reasons, not least the number of expletives contained in the film.

It was banned in Iraq for Saddam Hussein’s part in the film.

“I have it on pretty good information from the Marines,” Stone said in The Sun.

“That’s really adding insult to injury. I bet that made him really happy.”

The show was last in the headlines after Tom Cruise complained after he was shown in South Park to be a closeted and crazy Scientologist.

During the show he consistently refused to come out of the closet, although the same happened to John Travolta and R Kelly, after they decided to join him in the closet.
