Actor Leslie Jordan, a regular guest star in gay sitcom Will and Grace has revealed how tears were flowing on the last day of filming the series.

Speaking after winning an Emmy award for Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, he described Debra Messing (Grace) as distraught as the final curtain came down.

Jordan said: “Debra Messing (Grace) cried all week. She cried and cried and cried.”

“We’d do a reading, she’d cry. I’d look at her, she’d cry. I don’t know what it was, her hormones or something. Maybe that baby. And Max Mutchnick would keep needling people. Max, he’s one of the creators, he’d go. ‘Oh, this is the last Thursday that Will Grace will ever rehearse ever. But, we’re just gonna do it.'”

Regarding the award which recognised his regular verbal sparring role with Megan Mullally (Karen) as Beverley Leslie, he said of his first ever award, “I got an email from a dear friend of mine the other say that said, ‘You’re finally sucking the right cock.

“But the wild thing is I didn’t have to suck a single cock for this.”

Jordan was often seen opposite Mullally, whom he claims was more than his match.

“It was like verbal ping-pong. Cuz you know, I can be a bit of a scene stealer. And it was a little bit disconcerting at first, because not only was she able to throw it back at me bigger, harder, higher, funnier, I noticed even in the editing, I lost. You think, ‘Oh my God, they showed her reaction, it was my line.'”

Jordan also spoke of his life after the show, about his one man show Like a Dog on Linoleum and regular guest appearances on American Dad.

He says of his new one man show, “It’s my little f**k you to the Ann Coulter’s and the Rick Santorum’s.”

Jordan disclosed how he feels about Coulter, He says “I turn her books around when I’m in a store. That woman, she’s so dangerous.

“There’s nothing more dangerous to me than a mean, self righteous Christian. She is evil. She’s an evil, evil woman. It’ll be her downfall.”

Coulter is known for her right wing, pro Bush government, stance and has penned such illuminating literary classics as How to talk to a Liberal (if you must) and Godless: The Church of Liberalism.
