Congrats to Michael Lucas on his empathy for the military not only of Israel but ours also. Hiding from the enemy and your buddies is very difficult and dangerous. Sorry there are not more encouragements from Tucson, AZ.Cheers Michael and “forza.”

what the hell is this guy doing, a life sex show is the way he want to bring the plight of gay people. you got to be kidding me. no wonder straight people have the opinion that we are all about sex. and the only thing this is going to do is reaffirm negative stereotype of us.the sex show is fine, just not in this context. he sounds like a mediawhore to me.

Who cares? People do strange things, and this by no means is any stranger than the twenty-four-hour marriage of Britney Spears.

  4. I think its HOT. Plain and simple. All the tired moral issues aside, Lucas has a lot to be proud of and really, he’s doing a live show that has nothing to do with the army. It *is* for publicity, but I still think its great he’s proud to be Jewish and doesn’t hide it, concidering the world we live in. And hey, thats cool to give the soldiers a discount

So…. I think this a little strange we are asuming he wants to promote gay acts in the military when it allready exist, so in regards to his live gay actshow I thinks it is a little of voerism, My sick thought to this is he is hoping for some orgy or some great sex (homosexuall) act amongst the soldiers. And witht t his he Allso wants to make some sick deranged statement or mark history.

It has nothing to do with empathy for the Isreaeli soldiers, and it has nothing to do with bringing the plight of Gay Israelis to the view of the world. It is, pure and simple, about Lucas’ twisted ego, his exhibitionism, and moderate megalomania. Watching him fuck live with an Israeli soldier is somehow going to make life for Israeli soiders better? Give me a break. It’s just a public fuck done by a very sad Man.

Hmmm. Well if that scene in “Apocalypse now” is anything to go by, dropping playboy centrefolds into warzones to entertain the troops is pretty standard.
I think you could argue that Lucas’s act is sexual equality of a sort. It might not be claiming the moral highground but straight men in the military have been sanctioning straight stripshows for years. At least it seems to be catering for a percieved gay demographic in the military, which shows that there must be a market for it and times are changing.

As a former IDF soldier (3 yrs.basic service, 22 yrs. active Reserves, most of it as a First Sergeant in a battle unit) I think it’s great. About a comment re. “the plight of Gay Israeli soldiers”, there is no “plight” – it is great to serve and protect our nation from its enemies, and we are united in this. There is no difference between Gay & Straight. When missiles are falling in Israel from Gaza or Lebanon, we’re are one in our determination to protect our land. AND IT IS OUR LAND.

  12. I nice bit of pro Israel propaganda and a shoddy bit of journalism. The conflict would stand a better chance of resolution if Israel didn’t consistently break international law (as stated by the United Nations) then they’d have a better chance of resolving this conflict.
