I can’t believe how vigilant the gay community in the US needs to be to counter so many concentrated, corrupt and deceiptful campaigns waged against them by the Christian Right – the Ford campaign, ex-gays, the picketing of funerals, the misappropriation of statistics on health, child-abuse, domestic violence etc. etc. If the Christ they so blindly believe in existed, he would hang his head in shame and weep for the evil that they do in his name – and their hatchet-faced rejection of doing any genuine good in the world.[ps: you might want to proofread that article - there are a few howlers...]
