Any idea about the background of this Thomas Pickford, because I taught someone of that name who would be the right age? He was kicked out of school for mental problems and I must say looks a bit like the photo though it’s hard to extrapolate it ten years or so on.
It occurred to me that in the spirit of the plaque in the ground to commemorate the murdering of Stephen Lawrence in South East London, it would be very desirable, for a memorial in the area where Jody Dobrowski was so horrifically assaulted.
