McKellen criticises Brokeback gay kiss fears

Gay actor Sir Ian McKellen has voiced his disapproval of Brokeback Mountain’s Jake Gyllenhaal after he admitted he was scared about kissing co star Heath Ledger in the gay cowboy movie.

Sir Ian slammed the 25 year old actor for not considering how his remarks would be interpreted from a gay view point.

He labelled the comments as rude, “I got very upset when one of the actors said it was the most terrifying job he’d ever had because it involved him kissing another man.

“Imagine how rude that is. Suppose I’d said the most appalling thing I ever to do was kiss Helen Mirren!”
