I would like to say (AGAIN!!) that i think HSBC handled the trial very well. There was far too much emphasis on the fact that Lewis was gay and not enough on what he had actually done!
I wonder what the outcome would have been if people had known that the male emoployee who accused Mr Lewis of “oggling” him and “masturbating” had been sexually abused as a child and that this might have influenced what he actually saw…?
