Hizb ut-Tahrir is legal in Denmark. But it is banned in Germany and Sweden. So much about the alleged islamophobia and xenophobia in Denmark.

First, no member of Hizb-ut-tahrir has ever given anyone a death sentence, because it is a party based on the idea of reestablishing the Caliphate on peaceful method, so the accusation of Peter Tatchell is complete lie based on 50 years track record of HT.Second, it is actually Islamic state which endorses Sharia law. And the sharia law DOES NOT distinguish between male and female in implementation of its punishment system, as was quite conspiraciously said in the statement:Hizb ut-Tahrir still endorses Sharia law, which stipulates the death penalty for gay and lesbian Muslims, apostates and unchaste women.”
